For combination therapy, nivolumab and ipilimumab should be administered on the same day.1 Nivolumab infusion should be followed by ipilimumab infusion in all indications where combination therapy is indicated.1 Administer nivolumab first, followed by the other therapeutic agent(s).1 1L only: For the monotherapy phase, the first dose of nivolumab should be administered 3 weeks after the last dose of the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab if using 240 mg every 2 weeks or 480 mg every 4 weeks1 | |
