*1L+: After completing a maximum of 4 doses of combination therapy, administer nivolumab as a single agent until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or up to two years.1
1L only: For the monotherapy phase, the first dose of nivolumab should be administered 3 weeks after the last dose of the combination of nivolumab and ipilumab if using 240 mg every 2 weeks or 480 mg every 4 weeks.1
